I'm Lauren, I live in Brooklyn, NY. I work as a Creative Director in the Art & Design industry. My days are mostly spent researching, writing, drawing, making paintings, ceramics, films, and books inspired by history, everyday life, and the wonderfully strange things people do.
This website exists for one simple reason: I'd rather meet someone intentionally than endlessly swipe.

Artist. Optimist. Hoping to build a lasting relationship, and eventually, a family.
I grew up in Massachusetts, but New York has always felt like part of my story.
My parents met in a bar on the Upper East Side in 1975. A few years later they were married, and I've always loved knowing that one ordinary night in New York completely changed the course of our family's life. When I eventually moved here to build my creative career, I secretly hoped the city might have a little of that same magic waiting for me.
Over the past decade, New York has become home. Most mornings begin with coffee and a jog through the park before heading to my studio. I've been fortunate to build a career that I genuinely love. My work constantly reminds me to stay curious about people and the world around me.
Now I'd love to find someone to share that life with.
I'm looking for someone kind, emotionally mature, thoughtful, and excited to build something meaningful together. Someone who enjoys asking questions, laughing often, exploring new places, and believes that the best relationships are built through friendship, trust, and showing up for one another.
